Formula
- Service: from the first day of work to the last day worked, holidays and leave included
- 120 days = 30 days, 1 year = 90, 3 years = 180, 6 years = 240, 10 years = 300, 20 years = 400 days
- Monthly pay: severance = salary ÷ 30 × days (a month counts as 30 days)
Assumptions
- Full years run from the first day to the last day worked, e.g. 1 Oct 2025 – 30 Sep 2026 = 1 year (our convention; no official statement on the anniversary date was found)
- Not covered: piece-rate pay, special severance (sections 120–122) and pay in lieu of notice
