Before sending several document photos as one PDF, check completeness and page order. A successful export does not establish that the document is correctly ordered or readable.
Prepare the source pictures
We recommend gathering only the intended images, checking for duplicates and clipped text, and retaking blurry pages. Placing an unclear picture into a PDF does not recreate missing detail.
Names such as 01-cover.jpg and 02-details.jpg can make your own checks easier. Still inspect the order shown in the tool rather than assuming that file names control it.
Combine the images
- Open image to PDF and select the required JPG or PNG pictures.
- Review the previews, move pages into order and remove unwanted images.
- Choose the paper size and margins.
- Create and download the PDF, then reopen the downloaded copy.
The tool places one picture per page in the arranged order. Processing happens in your browser without uploading your pictures.
Choose the paper size
| Option | What this tool does | Our suggested use |
|---|---|---|
| A4 | Fits the picture inside the margins while preserving its proportions | When the recipient specifies A4 |
| Letter | Uses Letter-sized paper | When the recipient asks for Letter |
| Fit image | Uses the image's dimensions and proportions, plus the selected margins | When fixed standard paper sizes are unnecessary |
For A4 and Letter, a picture wider than it is tall gets a landscape page. If the recipient requires portrait pages throughout, prepare the source images accordingly. A4 alone does not mean portrait.
A very long picture fitted onto one page can produce small text. Inspect the export at its intended reading size; reorganise the source if it is difficult to read.
Combining images is not OCR
Adobe describes OCR as a separate process that makes text in an image selectable and searchable. This image-to-PDF tool keeps each page as a picture. Do not expect selectable characters simply because the extension is now PDF.
For extracting text, read Thai OCR from PDF. To change the sequence after exporting, use organise PDF pages.
Our final delivery checklist
Compare the page count, inspect the first and last pages, and work through all remaining pages. Check small text, page edges and the actual file size. If the file exceeds the recipient's limit, read choosing PDF compression. Retain the original images so you can make a different export.
